How do I find my ring size?
Use a piece of string or strip of paper. Wrap it around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure against a ruler. Our size guide on each product page has a full chart. When in doubt, go up a size.
What's your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked. If your ring arrives and you're not completely happy, contact us and we'll sort it out. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
Does the ring make medical diagnoses?
No. FINGERING rings are wellness products. They track biometric data to help you understand your body better — they don't diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
How waterproof is it?
Rated to 100m (10 ATM). Wear it in the ocean, the pool, the shower. The only place it shouldn't go is a hot tub or sauna for extended periods.
How long does the battery last?
Depends on the model: Ring Pro (7 days), Ring Essential (6 days), Ring Slim (8 days). Charging takes about 60–80 minutes via the included magnetic charger.
Is there a companion app?
Yes — the FINGERING app is available for iOS and Android. It pairs via Bluetooth and shows all your health data, trends, and recommendations.
